↘ THE COMMITMENT

DEADLINES.

Before any deadline is agreed, those in charge of delivery agree it with the CS team, who manage the client accordingly. Once agreed, the deadline is respected by all — which may mean working late. Missed deadlines damage our relationship with clients.

  • All work completed AHEAD of the deadline for internal amends & tweaks
  • CS agrees with creative the delivery time of the final deck
  • This gives the team time to digest and ensure there are no errors
  • If the deadline can't be met, let the CS team know immediately
  • This should happen irregularly — only when circumstances are out of our control

↘ THE STANDARD

IF WE ARE TIGHT ON BUDGET,WE DELIVER FEWER,NOT LESS.WE NEVER COMPROMISEON QUALITY.
